TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all tours provided by the Golden Highlands Ltd registered no. 1816462, unless otherwise stated.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The tour price quoted on the website is subject to change without prior notice. The Golden Highlands Tourism will confirm all prices before you book your holiday. Your holiday dossier will indicate what is and what is not included in the tour price. Flights are NOT included in the cost of the trips unless otherwise stated.
Deposit: A deposit amounting to 20% (unless otherwise stated) of the total cost of the trip, together with a signed Booking Form, is needed to confirm the trip. On selected trips, deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment: The balance is due a minimum of 90 days prior to your departure. For bookings made less than 90 days prior to your departure, payment is required in full.
On several tips there is a minimum number required for the trip to go ahead. If 90 days before the trip date the minimum number of bookings has not been achieved The Golden Highlands Tourism can cancel the trip. In this event any deposits will be returned to participants in full. It is therefore advisable not to book your flight until the trip has been 100 % confirmed at the 90 days cut off. If you book your flight before this date and the trip is subsequently cancelled, The Golden Highlands Tourism will not be liable for your flight expenses.
We assume that people travelling on their own are prepared to share accommodation. We try to arrange for single travellers to share with someone of the same sex, but cannot guarantee this. Sometimes we have to change the rooming arrangements at the last minute. If it is not possible to arrange a share with another guest, or if you would prefer a single room, you will usually have to pay a single supplement.
All cancellations should be made in writing and sent by email or to the registered office of The Golden Highlands Tourism at PO Box 2272 PC 111 Seeb, Oman. Only upon receipt of the cancellation will the cancellation procedure be put into place. On cancellations made outside 90 days all deposits are non-refundable, unless due to Minimum Numbers the trip is later cancelled by The Golden Highlands. Inside 90 days a charge of 100% of the cost of the trip will apply. These cancellation conditions should be covered by your travel insurance.

The Golden Highlands Tourism or any tour company acting on its behalf cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage and personal effects.
